RETURN POLICY

Nothing contained in this return policy will affect your legal rights, to which is added the right of withdrawal.

RETURNS

You may return any product purchased on www.beemine.farm (the “Site”), with which you are not completely satisfied, within 7 (SEVEN) calendar days of receipt. For quality reasons, returns of those products that have been opened and that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted, except in the case of defective products.

If you have decided to return any product, you will not be able to use it and you should keep it with caution while it remains in your possession. The Product that you return to us cannot be damaged and must be in the same condition in which it was purchased. Please note that you will need to return the product together with the intact barcode label.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT

If you wish, you can return a product to a physical BEEMINE establishment located in MADRID, Spain.

To do this, you must take your product to our central office in Madrid within 7 days of receipt, along with the invoice included in the package as proof of the purchase made.

You will need to present the invoice and you will be asked the reason for the return. You will also be asked if you want to exchange the product or get a refund.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS BY POST MAIL (ONLY APPLICABLE WITH TIPSA)

If you wish to return a purchase made online via mail, follow the instructions below. Please note that we do not make postage paid postal returns.

  • Fill in the returns form and insert it in the package together with the Product (s).
  • Place the product (s) in a properly packed package. Complete and attach the return label that is included in the package.
  • The return address is: Laboratorios Beemine S.L, Calle piamonte 23, 28004, Madrid.
  • Take the package (with the attached returns form) to a Post Office or request its collection from the TIPSA courier company and request proof of shipment. When making this shipment, they will stamp the receipt that you must keep until you receive the requested refund. Unfortunately, we will only be able to refund a lost return if we receive proof of delivery.
  • Do not forget to fill in the returns form with the products you want to return.

It is your responsibility to keep all the acknowledgments of receipt and to send the package by certified mail or by any other means that allows proof of its date of shipment.

WHEN DO I GET A REFUND AFTER THE RETURN OF AN ITEM?

You will receive the refund within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days following the date on which we receive the returned product (s) at the specified address (see previous section). Beemine Laboratories will proceed to the refund in the form of payment that you have used when placing the order, and said refund will be subject to Uniqlo’s right to withhold amounts for returned products that show damage. We will refund the amount paid for the returned product (s) less shipping costs (if applicable). That is, the cost of the product (s) will be reimbursed but not the transport costs.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

If you decide to return an order made with a discount voucher, the amount to be returned will be subject to the minimum cost applicable to said discount voucher. In this sense, if the amount of the returned items makes the remaining amount of the order less than the minimum cost applicable to the discount voucher, the amount of the discount will be subtracted from the refund. For example, the discount of 10 euros (applicable to a minimum cost of 60 euros – shipping costs not included) will be subtracted from the refund if the amount of the returned product (s) makes the total amount of the order is less than 60 euros.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you are not satisfied with any of the purchases made and consider that the purchased product is defective due to a factory fault, you should contact us through our contact form (select the subject: PRODUCT RECEIVED – my item is faulty). Provide as much information as possible about the product and the order placed.

If you are a customer and you return a defective Product to us (you must return it by post), we will examine it and inform you via email within a reasonable period of time about the refund that we will make on your behalf. We will process the return as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of having confirmed your right to be reimbursed via email. Products returned for being defective will be reimbursed in full, including shipping costs and the cost incurred by you to make the return.

Returning an order with free shipping costs (not provided as a discount voucher) will not affect the amount of the return.
