RETURN POLICY

You can contact us through our Contact email: info@beemine.farm We will respond within one business day – Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. at 6:30 p.m.

 

Nothing contained in this return policy will affect your legal rights, to which the right of withdrawal is added.

 

RETURNS

You may return any product purchased at www.beemine.farm (the “Site”), with which you are not completely satisfied, within 7 (Seven) calendar days following receipt. For quality reasons, returns of those products that have been opened and that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted, except in the case of defective products.

 

If you have decided to return any product, you cannot use it and must keep it with caution while it remains in your possession. The returned items must not be damaged and must be in the same state in which they were acquired. Keep in mind that you must return the product along with the intact barcode label.

 

RETURN OF PRODUCTS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT

If you wish, you can return a product to a physical Beemine Lab establishment located in Madrid, Spain.

 

To do this, you must take your product to our central office in Madrid within 7 days of receipt, together with the Invoice included in the package as proof of purchase.

 

You must present the invoice and you will be asked the reason for the return. You will also be asked if you want to change the product or get a refund.

 

RETURN OF PRODUCTS BY POST MAIL (APPLICABLE ONLY WITH TIPSA)

If you wish to return via mail a purchase made online, follow the instructions below. Keep in mind that we do not make postal returns with postage paid.

 

Fill in the return form and insert it in the package together with the Product (s).

Insert the product (s) in a properly identified package. Fill in and place the return label included in the package.

The return address is: Laboratorios Beemine S.L, Calle Piedmont 23, 28004, Madrid.

Take the package (with the attached return form) to a Post Office or request its collection from the TIPSA courier company and request proof of shipment. When making such shipment, they will seal the receipt that you must keep until you receive the requested refund. 

 

Unfortunately, we can only reimburse a lost return if we receive proof of the shipment made.

 

Do not forget to fill in the return form with the products you wish to return. 

 

It is your responsibility to keep all acknowledgments and send the package by registered mail or by any other means that allows you to prove your date of shipment.

 

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE REFUND AFTER THE RETURN OF AN ARTICLE?

 

You will receive the refund within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days following the date on which we receive the product (s) returned at the specified address (see previous section). Laboratorios Beemine will proceed with the reimbursement in the form of payment that you have used when placing the order, and such reimbursement will be subject to Uniqlo’s right to withhold amounts for returned products that are damaged. We will refund the amount paid for the product (s) returned minus shipping costs (if applicable). That is, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the product (s) but not the transport costs.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND VOUCHERS DISCOUNT

If you decide to return an order made with a discount voucher, the amount returned will be subject to the minimum cost applicable to said discount voucher. In this sense, if the amount of the items returned makes the remaining amount of the order less than the minimum cost applicable to the discount voucher, the amount of the discount will be subtracted from the refund. For example, the discount of 10 euros (applicable to a minimum cost of 60 euros – shipping costs not included) will be subtracted from the refund if the amount of the product (s) returned makes the total amount of the order be less than 60 euros.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you are not satisfied with any of the purchases made and consider that the product purchased has a defective condition due to a factory failure, you must contact us through our contact form (select the subject: PRODUCT RECEIVED – my item is defective). Provide the maximum possible information about the product and the order placed.

 

If you are a customer and you return a defective Product (you must make the return by postal mail), we will examine it and inform you via email within a reasonable time on the refund we will make in your favor. We will process the return as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of having confirmed via email your right to be refunded. Products returned for being defective will be reimbursed in full, including shipping costs and the cost incurred by you to make the return.

 

The return of an order with free shipping costs (which has not been provided as a discount voucher) will not affect the amount of the return.
