The User may register on the Website by filling in the registration form where he/she will be asked for personal information which must be updated and accurate. At the end of the registration process, the User must accept these Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase, and our Privacy Policy.
In the event that any improper use of the User’s registration information is detected, the User must immediately contact Beemine via the e-mail address provided in the owner’s section of the Website.
By registering or making a purchase on the Platform, the User declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
3.1. At the time of purchase
The User may access the content and purchase Beemine products without registering on the Website.
The Buyer must fill in the purchase form, by entering their billing and shipping information, in order to proceed with the purchase. The data entered by the Buyer must be accurate, and Beemine shall not be held liable in the event that the Buyer, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, enters data that does not correspond to reality.
Duration
In the case of purchase, the Buyer’s data shall remain stored by Beemine until the purchase has been made, and for the time necessary for Beemine to diligently fullfil its obligations.
The User will be able to enter the invoicing data once the purchase has been made. The data entered by the Buyer must be true, and Beemine shall not be held liable in the event that the User, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, enters data that does not correspond to reality.
PRICES
The prices of the products offered through the Website are shown with VAT. In all cases prices are expressed in Euros, and do not include shipping costs.
The prices shown on the Website correspond to an annual price list. Some products may be subject to price variations due to fluctuations in market costs.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the current prices or to apply discounts to these prices.
The Products shall be invoiced at the price of the rate in force at the time of the order, except for promotions and/or campaigns.
In any case, the Buyer will be shown the final price, including shipping costs, at the time of the actual purchase.
DELIVERIES
Delivery times for national purchases range from 48 to 72 working hours. In rural areas far from urban centres, deliveries can be made after the 72 working hours.
Delivery times at Community level -within the EU- range from 72 hours to 5 working days.
International delivery times -outside the EU- range from 7 days to 14 working days.
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include several articles, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the article with the longest delivery time.
Unjustified delays in delivery exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days shall entitle the customer to cancel the order placed and the corresponding refund of the amount paid by the customer, which may be returned within one (1) month from the cancellation of the order.
Delays due to force majeure, such as holidays, weather, strikes, or any other delay attributable to the delivery company of the products or causes external to Beemine, may not be attributed to the Supplier and therefore the withdrawal may not be exercised until the Purchaser receives the product at the address provided.
Furthermore, Beemine shall not be held responsible for any setback that may arise as a result of the purchase coming from a country outside the European Union (EU). It is the responsibility of the consumer to know the local regulations and to act within the legality of the same.
SHIPPING COSTS
The buyer will be able to know the shipping costs once the products have been selected prior to the formalisation of the purchase. However, the shipping costs are as follows:
Within the Peninsula:
Shipping will cost two Euros and ninety-five Euro cents (2,95€), and will be free for purchases over forty Euros (40€).
For shipments to the Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands: Shipping will cost eight Euros and thirty-five Euro cents (8,35€), and will be free for orders over eighty Euros (80€).
Shipping costs to the Canary Islands: Shipping will cost fifteen Euros and twenty Euro cents (15,20€), and will be free for orders over one hundred and twenty Euros (120€).
For international shipments, including EU shipments:
The shipping cost will be of fifteen Euros (15€).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal without incurring any cost.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the Buyer may not withdraw from the product if it is unsealed, for reasons of health protection or hygiene. In other words, the User may not exercise his/her right of withdrawal if the Product is not in its original state, including its sealing, unless the Product is returned because it is defective.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Purchaser must complete the Withdrawal Form and send the product to be returned together with the instructions, documents and packaging. The return shipping costs shall initially be borne by the Buyer.
Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product in the warehouses, Beemine will credit the invoice originally issued and refund the Buyer the full amount of the purchase, excluding shipping costs, using the payment method selected by the Buyer when making the Purchase. Such refund shall be subject to Beemine’s right to withhold amounts for returned products that are damaged.
Below, we provide the model withdrawal form (hereinafter, the “Cancellation Form”) to be completed and sent to the email address administracion@thebeeminelab.com. Please note that the following form must only be completed and sent if the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract and must be sent together with the proof of purchase of the product.
“I hereby give you notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following good/goods:
Order placed on: / / /
Name and surname:
Email with which you made the purchase:
Address:
Signature: (only if this form is submitted on paper)
Date: / /”
Likewise, if the Buyer has received the package by the company TIPS@, the returned package may be picked up at home, provided that it is in a properly packaged package, including the return label that is provided with the receipt of the product, and the Cancellation Form is completed and sent.
In any case, when the product is sent by post or courier service, the return receipt must be sent to the following e-mail address: administracion@thebeeminelab.com. Beemine shall not be liable for any refund that has not been previously accredited by sending the mentioned receipt.
If desired, the User may return a product to a physical Beemine establishment. To do so, he/she must first notify the above e-mail address, and once confirmation has been obtained, he/she may go to the central office in Madrid together with the product and the proof of purchase. For physical returns, the User will also be provided with the option of exchanging the product.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment shalll be made through the means made available via the Website. Payment can be made through the Ingenico Payments payment gateway (+ info), via bank transfer, financed through Klarna (+ info) or by using cryptocurrencies using the coinbase payment gateway (+ info).
The User, when making the payment, must accept the terms of use and privacy policy of the payment service provider.
Once the payment has been validated, Beemine will proceed to prepare the product in the warehouse and proceed to ship it.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS
The minimum applicable charge established to validate any promotional code or discount voucher does not include shipping costs. If the User exercises the right of withdrawal on an order placed with a discount voucher, the amount to be returned will be subject to the minimum charge applicable to the discount voucher.
In this sense, if the amount of the items returned makes the remaining sum of the order less than the minimum charge applicable to the discount voucher, the amount of the discount will be subtracted from the refund. For example, the ten Euro (€10) discount (applicable to a minimum spend of sixty Euro (€60)) will be subtracted from the refund if the amount of the returned product(s) brings the total order amount to less than €60.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
To return a defective product, the Buyer must send the product by post or courier, within a period not exceeding seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the product, after notifying Beemine at the email address provided in these Conditions of Purchase.
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, in its original packaging, together with the corresponding documentation (invoice or proof of purchase indicating the order number) and, once examined by Beemine, the Buyer will receive an e-mail within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days, confirming its return according to the damage assessment. Once the damage has been confirmed, Beemine will proceed to reimburse the total amount, including shipping costs, which will be made in the method selected by the Buyer when making the first purchase.
If the Buyer is not satisfied with the product because he/she considers that there is a manufacturing fault, he/she should contact Beemine via the Contact form provided on the Website, selecting the subject “Product Received – my item is faulty”, and provide as much information as possible about the problem with the Product(s).
The return of an order with free shipping costs (which has not been provided with a discount voucher) will not affect the amount of the return.

MODIFICATIONS
Beemine may revise and modify these Conditions of Purchase at any time.
The User shall be subject to the policies and Conditions of Purchase in force at the time he/she uses this Website or carries out each transaction, unless by law or decision of government agencies we must make changes retroactively to such policies, Conditions or Privacy Policy, in which case, any changes will also affect orders previously placed by the User.
INTEGRITY
These Terms and Conditions, and any document expressly referred to in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Beemine relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior agreements, understandings or promises made between the User and Beemine, whether oral or in writing.
The User and Beemine acknowledge that they have consented to the conclusion of a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or which could be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations between them prior thereto, except as expressly mentioned in these Conditions.
Neither the User nor Beemine shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other party, whether oral or written, prior to the date of a contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the only remedy available to the other party shall be for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final decision of a competent authority, the remaining Conditions of Purchase shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.
GENERAL
The headings of the different clauses are for information purposes only, and shall not affect, qualify or extend the interpretation of these Conditions of Purchase. Likewise, Beemine may modify the conditions stipulated herein, in whole or in part, by publishing any change in the same form in which they appear or through any type of communication addressed to Users.
The temporary validity of these Conditions of Purchase coincides, therefore, with the time of its exposure, until it is totally or partially modified, at which time the new modified document will come into force.
Beemine may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, access to the contents of the Website, without the User being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. After such termination, the specifications for use of the contents set out above in these Conditions of Purchase shall remain in force.
In the event that any provision of this document is declared null and void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, such nullity shall not affect the remaining provisions.
The failure of Beemine to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained herein shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by Beemine.
The Conditions of Purchase shall be kept in electronic format by Beemine and shall be permanently available to the User.
Beemine will pursue the breach of these Conditions as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
APPLICABLE LAW
The sale is understood to have been made in Spanish territory, and therefore, for any interpretative or litigious issues that may arise, Spanish legislation will be applicable and, in the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Consumer’s domicile, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
Finally, we remind customers that in the event that they wish to file a claim for any incident in the contractual relationship, they can file the appropriate claim by filling in the following electronic form: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
