Today we’re going to give you 5 homemade masks with CBD and honey, they’re quick, easy and you can make them alone, with friends or with your cat, like we did.
Christina, Eli and I met up to make some homemade masks and have some self care time together, it was much needed. We all have different skin types, Christina has atopic dermatitis and in general is atopic so she’s always having trouble calming her skin from redness and itch ect...Eli has combination skin tending towards oily and I have the kind of dry skin that when I get pimples they take a really long time to heal and usually turn my face into a scaly mess.
We prepared some home-made masks for all skin types and the process was super fun! Here you have the recipes and a video showing the process.
Just with a bit of honey you make a mask that hydrates, relieves itching and pain and also provides an amazing glow. Honey offers a multitude of antioxidants to combat city contamination and aging.
It's also a great exfoliant for the skin and lips!
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of Honey or Hani + (honey with CBD).
Ideal for: All skin types.
How to make it: Mix the honey until it has a more elastic texture or add a little water to make it easier to apply.

2. HONEY + MATCHA
Add a little Matcha powder to the honey to hydrate and calm, relieve itching and pain, it provides an amazing glow to our skin with its multitude of antioxidants. It will also balance your skin tone and leave your skin super elastic and plump.
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of Honey and 1 teaspoon of Matcha.
Ideal for: All skin types. Especially helpful for dry skin prone to redness and/or acne.

Matcha balances your skin tone, prevents the appearance of acne, reduces inflammation and provides elasticity. It also contains EGCG, a flavonoid, which reduces inflammation and balances our skin tone.
How to use: Leave it on for 20 or 30 minutes or even try leaving it a little longer, you will see how well it works!
3. HONEY, MATCHA + YOGURT
Add a little yogurt to your honey/matcha mixture to make a fresh and hydrating mask that cleanses and illuminates your skin.
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of matcha and 1 tablespoon and a half of (non 0% fat) Yogurt.
Ideal for: All skin types.

Matcha balances your skin tone, prevents the appearance of acne, reduces inflammation and provides elasticity. It also contains EGCG, a flavonoid, which reduces inflammation and balances our skin tone.
Yogurt is ultra moisturizing and calming. It regulates the skins pH, regenerating dead cells and providing a boost of luminosity.
How to use: Apply the mask to the skin and leave for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove it with warm water.
4. HONEY, MATCHA, YOGURT + LEMON
With your honey/matcha/yogurt mixture add a little fresh lemon juice, it will provide more antioxidants to the mixture, in addition to activating the production of collagen, eliminating bacteria, toning and regenerating your skin.
Ideal for: Oily, acne-prone or combination skin.
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of Matcha, 1 ½ tablespoons of Natural Yogurt and a couple drops of fresh lemon juice.

How to use: Apply to the skin and leave it for ONLY 20 minutes and remove it with warm water. Again lemon can discolor your skin so you want to be careful, we recommend using the mask at night.
5. HONEY, MATCHA, YOGURT, LEMON + CBD OIL
If you have already mixed honey, matcha, yogurt and lemon, add a half pipette ofCBD Oilto prepare a mask to relieve eczema, combat redness and acne and reduce inflammation.
Ideal for: All skin types. Those with sensitive skin be careful with the lemon.
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of Matcha, 1 ½ tablespoons of Natural Yogurt, a squirt of lemon and half a pipette of CBD Oil Basic 3%.
