Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue and problems with sleep, memory, and mood . It commonly affects areas such as the lower back, neck, shoulders, nape of the neck, thighs, etc., producing a burning sensation.
