From 0% to 100%, tell us what level of involvement you have with respect to your physical activities.
If I ate better I would say 100%, but I think 95%.
What physical activity(ies) do you usually practice?
Walking long distances, Acrobatics (yoga + acroyoga), Lacrosse, Climbing, Basket, Running, Dance.
What does it bring you?
Meeting people. I go to Tabacalera (Madrid) a lot and, for example, in dance or acroyoga classes, the first thing we do is hug people. It's a personal connection and it makes me feel physically good and makes me like myself. And you have to take care of yourself. It's a social thing but there's a selfish component, like the vanity of looking good, and then a practical one, like being fit and healthy in the future.
When and how often do you practice it?
Every day, when I'm not working, my free time is spent moving.
In what environment do you usually practice your physical activity?
In public centres, such as Tabacalera. I do climbing outside in parks or in the mountains, I don't go to climbing walls. For running and walking, I go around the city. I don't go to the gym, I'm outside or in alternative centres.
What do you prefer, inside or outside, in the city or in the country?
Where there are people to meet. It depends on the weather and the activity, but in general, if it is possible to be outside, I am outside, and if not, I am in an alternative space, such as Tabacalera.
Describe your typical physical activity routine?
At home in the morning, before breakfast, I usually do push-ups and stretches. I work at home until the afternoon and I usually go for a run or walk to where I'm going to train, hug the people there and train there. Then I meet up with the people there or go with some friends or go home. My routine really is to be active at every possible moment.
Do you have a post-sport recovery routine?
Yeah
If the answer is yes, can you describe it? You stretch, you walk a little, you drink a smoothie, you get a massage.
The most important thing for me is to stretch. Then I come home, shower, eat, and sleep - or sometimes I meet someone for a while. There is a very big social component to my activities.
Do you have a specific ritual or do you vary it?
It varies greatly, depending on what type of activity I've done. Day to day or month to month. It depends on the time I have, but the most important thing for me is to move and continue with the habits that I like and make me feel good.
Have you tried using cannabinoids to accompany your favorite physical activity(ies)? If yes, could you tell us in what format?
Yes. Well THC yes I have used, smoked or vaped.
If you answered yes to the question, can you tell us about your last experience with cannabinoids in your physical activity routine?
Sometimes I use cannabis after doing something, for example yesterday I smoked after acroyoga. And it helps me channel the extra energy I have. I don't lose connection with my being, it just gives me a different perspective and makes me calmer.
Do you think cannabinoids can have a beneficial use when it comes to sports?
Yeah
Explain your answer.
I have read that it has anti-inflammatory effects and that is essential in sports. As long as it does not harm you. It is something that is good for me and that is healthy.
When I did things like slacklining, cannabis helped me focus and let go of unnecessary thoughts.
